About Aoife Doyle

Aoife Doyle ,BSc, MSc, MISCP., joined Mary Byrne’s team in January 2019.  She initially completed her undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences in the University of Limerick in 2010 followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy. 

Aoife qualified in 2014 and subsequently worked for the NHS in the UK gaining experience in various specialities including Musculoskeletal Outpatients, Neurological rehabilitation and Critical Care.      

She has worked in the private sector since moving home last year.  Her main areas of interest include rehabilitation following a soft tissue injury/fracture as well as balance, strength training and falls prevention in the older adult.  Whether it’s returning to sport or simply walking 15-20 minutes a day Aoife’s main focus is setting a plan with you which works towards managing your symptoms, carrying out daily tasks with more ease and hopefully work towards long term engagement with physical activity.

  • Manual treatment including Dry Needling.
  • Exercise Prescription.
  • 1:1 Pilates.
