Strength and Conditioning exercise program can be compared to a “prescription” of exercises tailored to an individuals needs, sport specific and adapted to one’s physical strengths and weaknesses.

These can be individual sessions or buddy sessions (2 to 3 people).

Various types of training include flexibility, proprioceptive, aerobic (cardio), weight training etc.
